The cost of returning the product is always borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable. When returning the product price, the shipping costs will be deducted.

If you are returning a product worth over 16,000 HUF, use a shipping method that allows you to track the package or purchase insurance. Kirsch és Társa Kft. is not responsible for products that have not arrived.

The ordered products are delivered to your home using the GLS courier service. Orders are delivered within four working days, but no more than thirty days. Depending on the customer's place of residence, delivery times may vary.

Delivery is only made on weekdays and working days between 8 am and 5 pm. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, GLS customer service will arrange a new time with the recipient by phone.

The Seller reserves the right to choose the appropriate courier service for the delivery of the ordered products. The Customer shall confirm the receipt of the externally undamaged and numbered consignments on a delivery note.

Shipping costs do not include the COD fee and are inclusive of VAT.

COD fee: 800 HUF inclusive of VAT.

 To avoid this additional cost, we recommend paying by Bank Card (Revolut Payment Gateway) or Bank Transfer. The COD fee will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
